4. What if I forgot my Emprise Bank Online Banking Access ID or Password?
If you’ve forgotten your Access ID or Password, you may contact our Customer Service Center at 316-383-4301 or 1-800-201-7118 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Central Time Monday – Friday and 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. You may also visit one of our Emprise Bank locations.
5. How do I register for eStatements?
To sign up sign up for eStatements, log on to online banking. After entering your Access ID and submitting your Password, you will be taken to Emprise Bank's Welcome Page. On the right side of the Welcome Page you will see "eStatement, Sign Up Here!” Please click on "Sign Up Here!" and follow the instructions. By selecting this, you will begin the process of signing up for eStatements.
This service discontinues your statement that normally arrives by mail. You will instead receive an email from Emprise Bank notifying you that your statement is available online. The statement available online is the same document that would have been mailed to you.
If you have not enrolled into Emprise Bank Online Banking, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to provide you an initial User Code and Password.

8. How do I order checks?

9. How do I mail in deposits? What address should I use?
It’s easy to bank by mail. Endorse checks by writing your signature, your account number and “For Deposit Only” in the endorsement area on the back of each check to be deposited, then place your non-cash deposit in the mail.

10. How do I set up direct deposit?
Provide the following information to your employer’s payroll processor or the financial service department for your employer:

11. How do I apply for a loan?
You can apply for a loan online by visiting our Account Applications page. You can also apply in person by visiting any of our branches. 12. How do I activate my Visa Check Card or ATM card? How do I find out my PIN?
To activate your card, perform any type of transaction that requires the use of your Personal Identification Number (PIN). If your card is new or your number has changed, a PIN will be mailed to you separately. If you need to use your card before your PIN arrives, please visit one of our Emprise Bank Locations. Remember to sign your card, and keep your PIN separate from your card. Never give your PIN to anyone.
If you have forgotten your PIN, you may contact our Customer Service Center at 316-383-4301 or 1-800-201-7118 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Central Time Monday – Friday and 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, at that time we will be happy to provide a PIN reminder via US mail. If you need a PIN immediately, you may visit one of our Emprise Bank locations.
13. My Visa Check Card will expire soon. When will my new card be sent to me?
Your new card will be mailed to your address of record several weeks before your current card expires.
14. My current card is damaged. How can I request a replacement card?
To request a replacement for your damaged card, you may contact our Customer Service Center at 316-383-4301 or 1-800-201-7118 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Central Time Monday – Friday and 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. You may also visit one of our Emprise Bank locations.
15. How much can I purchase each day with my Emprise Bank Visa Check Card?
Your Emprise Bank Visa Check Card works just like a check and draws directly against your checking account. You can withdraw up to $5,000 a day in purchases using your Visa Check Card if your account balance is adequate.
16. How much can I withdraw from an ATM using my Emprise Visa Check Card or ATM Card?
The daily ATM withdrawal limit on your Visa Check Card is separate from the purchase limit. The daily ATM withdrawal limit using your Visa Check Card or ATM card is $600.
17. I lost my Visa Check Card or ATM Card. What do I do?
To report a lost or stolen Emprise Bank Visa Check Card or ATM card, call our Customer Service Center at 316-383-4301 or 1-800-201-7118 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Central Time Monday – Friday and 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 a.m. on Saturday. To report a lost or stolen Emprise Bank Visa Check Card or ATM card after hours, call 1-866-227-2670. After hours outside of the USA, call 1-402-399-3600.
18. What do I do if my purse or wallet has been lost or stolen?
Notify law enforcement immediately if your purse or wallet has been lost or stolen. Call our Customer Service Center at 316-383-4301 or 1-800-201-7118 to block all lost or stolen cards, checks and account information.
Watch your account closely and notify us of any discrepancies. In most cases, your account will need to be closed and a new account opened in its replacement.
