1.What is an eStatement and how do I sign up?
An eStatement is the electronic delivery of your statement, replacing the statement that is currently provided to you via the U.S. Mail.
To begin retrieving your statements online, just log on to Emprise Internet Banking and you will be automatically prompted to enroll. If you have selected "decline" or "ask me later" you can enroll by going to "Options" once you have logged into your account. You can also visit your nearest Emprise branch. (If you are not currently banking online or have additional questions, call Customer Service at 316-383-4301/1-888-201-7118 and we'll get you started).

3. Do I have to be an Emprise Internet Banking customer to receive eStatements?
Yes, if you are not a current Internet Banking customer, please call us at 316-383-4301/800-201-7118 or visit your local branch to get you started.
4. How much does it cost to receive an eStatement?
The service is free to Emprise Internet Banking customers.
5. Will my eStatement look the same as the statement in the mail?
Yes, and it will include all of the same information.
6. What are the minimum system requirements for my PC?
To receive electronic delivery services, you must have one of our tested browsers with 128-bit encryption and Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download a free copy at Adobe.
7. How will I be notified that my eStatement is ready to be viewed?
We will send you a notification by email. Please make sure that we have your correct email address, as the primary account holder will be used in all cases. If you would like to use a different email address other than the primary account holder, please contact us by email, call us at 316-383-4301/800-201-7118, or visit your local branch.
8. What other accounts can I combine?
You can combine the following accounts with your personal checking or savings account:
• Another Checking or Savings
• Certificates of Deposits (CD's)
• Individual Retirement Account (IRA)
9. How do I combine my other accounts with my checking account?
To combine your statement, you must call our Customer Service Center at 316-383-4301/888-201-7118 or visit your local branch.
10. Will joint account holders be able to view the eStatement?
Yes, as long as they have access to log on to Internet Banking.
Yes. Security of your information is a priority. Your eStatement is only accessible by logging onto Emprise Internet Banking and your statement is protected by 128-bit encryption.
12. Can I cancel the email that notifies me that my statement is ready to be viewed?
No. The email is sent for your security and protection.
13. If I close my account, will my last statement come electronically if I'm signed up to receive eStatement?
No, your final statement will be sent to you via U.S. mail. You will no longer be able to access your account or any statements online.
14. Can I print and/or save my statements?
Yes, you can print and save your statements. Please use safe computing practices while storing anything on your PC or removable media. Emprise Bank will not be responsible or liable for the loss or theft of any files that you chose to save or store on a PC or removable media.
15. Can I view check images within my eStatement?
Yes.
16. How far back can I view my Statements?
You can view up to 16 months of past statements, as long as your account is open.
17. Will I continue to receive my monthly statement in the mail?
No. Once you are signed up for eStatement, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail.
18. What if I change my mind and do not want eStatement?
You can cancel your eStatement at any time. A paper statement will be sent to you via U.S. mail.
