eBusiness Access

Emprise eBusiness Access offers easy accessibility to your accounts from your computer as often as you need it. From simple online information reporting to a full cash management solution for your business, eBusiness Access offers a full array of options to get the job done.

Account Management/Cash Position

Review current account information for your accounts including balances, presentments & holds. Place stop payments on checks, and view check & statement images. Information on all accounts is summarized for easy viewing. Account information is viewed in real-time, and includes current business day activity.

Users can view current account balances and check anticipated balances for next 7 days. Information for all accounts is displayed in a summary format for easy viewing - just click the mouse to display complete account details.

Funds/File Management

Transfer funds between accounts at Emprise or to and from accounts at other financial institutions. Initiate ACH File and Fund transfers, and wire transfers. Supervisors can manage these transfers and provide approval when necessary.

Administration/Security

This unique feature allows your business to control access for user rights and privileges. eBusiness Access is protected through state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption technology, and employs user ID codes, passwords and controlled access times for greater security, so only the person(s) you authorize for various levels of access have the ability to enter and use the system.

eStatement for Business Accounts

Receive your checking account statement electronically – it’s free and easy!*

Each month we will email you notification that your checking account eStatement is ready to be viewed. To view the eStatement, you will be required to log on to Emprise Bank eBusiness Access with your Access ID and password. Once you have signed up for eStatement, you will no longer receive a paper statement via U.S. mail. If at any time you would like to have a paper statement again, just let us know and we’ll switch you back!
