Should I destroy my current card when the new card arrives?
No. Do not destroy your current card until after June 23. You will not be able to activate and use your new card until June 23.
How soon can I activate my new card?
The earliest you will be able to activate and begin using your new card is June 23.
I'll be traveling on June 23. Can I activate my new card ahead of time or delay when my current card stops working?
No. Be sure to have both cards with you on June 23. On this date, your old card will stop working and you can activate your new card for uninterrupted service.
Why am I getting a new card?
In order to offer 'Better' credit cards and services, we are making changes to our credit card program. Your credit card terms will not change and your account will continue to be owned and serviced by Emprise, just as it always has been. The program changes require us to issue new cards and card numbers to our customers.
How will this affect me?
- You will receive a new card (or cards).
- Your new card will have a new card number.
- The look of your statement will change.
- How you pay your credit card bill may be affected. Please see the PAYMENTS section for details.
- Our online card management site, MyCardStatement.com, will be replaced with a new site, Emprise Visa Online. See the next section for details.
- If you participate in ScoreCard Rewards, we are upgrading to a new rewards program, Emprise Rewards. Please see the REWARDS section for details.
Is my credit card number changing?
Yes. Your new card will have a new card number. You will need to update your card information with any service provider that automatically debits or credits your credit card account. If you use a Bill Pay service to pay your credit card, these providers will need your new information as well.
How soon can I update my credit card information with service providers?
Your credit card must be active before you can update the information with providers. The earliest you can activate your new card is June 23.
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE
I use MyCardStatement.com today to manage my credit card account. Will I be able to continue using the site?
No. Your online experience is being upgraded! MyCardStatement.com will be replaced on June 23. The new site, Emprise Visa Online, will offer greater functionality. Like in the past, to log on you'll go to emprisebank.com and click on the Visa sign-in button. The first time you visit the new site, you will need to register. Have your new credit card number handy.
If you have MyCardStatement.com bookmarked in your internet browser, you will need to update this with the new site starting June 23.
How long will I be able to use MyCardStatement.com?
The last day you will have access to the current site, MyCardStatement.com, is June 20. The new site, Emprise Visa Online, will be available June 23. For help with your account between these dates, call us at 316-383-4301 or toll-free at 855-383-4301.
When will Emprise Visa Online be available?
You can log on to Emprise Visa Online starting June 23. Visit emprisebank.com and click on the Visa sign-in button.
What can I expect with the new site, Emprise Visa Online?
Emprise Visa Online will provide greater functionality for managing your credit card account online. New features will include the ability to enroll in electronic statements, update cardholder information, and set up recurring payments in any amount. If you're a business cardholder, be sure to check out the additional upgrades coming to your online experience under the Business Cardholder section.
Will how I pay my bill change?
If you mail your payments, the mailing address will change starting June 23. The new address will appear on your statement. It is: Card Services, P.O. Box 660525, Dallas, TX 75266-0525. Please make checks payable to Card Services.
If you make your payments by phone, the phone number will change starting June 23. The new number will appear on your statement. It is 1-800-248-9600.
If you make your payment online using MyCardStatement.com, the website is changing. The new site, Emprise Visa Online, will replace the old site on June 23. Like today, to log on you'll go to emprisebank.com and click on the Visa sign-in button. The first time you visit the new site, you will need to register. Once logged in, look for the Payments tab on the left.
In-person payments will continue to be accepted at all Emprise Bank locations.
Today, I have an auto pay arrangement directly with Emprise (not a third party Bill Pay service or MyCardStatement.com) to automatically debit my bank account for my monthly payment. Will this change?
No. If your payments are made through an auto pay arrangement directly with Emprise today, this payment arrangement will continue uninterrupted. You will not need to do a thing.
I use online Bill Pay to pay my credit card bill. How will this affect me?
If you pay your monthly bill using online Bill Pay, you will need to update your new card information with the service provider once your new card is activated starting June 23.
Is there a way to set up automatic payments to pay my monthly bill?
Yes, automatic payments are a great way to save time and let you rest assured your payment will be made on time every month. You can set up Monthly Auto-Pay through Emprise Visa Online starting June 23. After logging in, look for the Payments tab on the left.
What are my options to pay my bill after June 23?
With Emprise Bank credit cards, payments are easy! Choose the option that's convenient for you:
- Online: log on to Emprise Visa Online (Go to emprisebank.com and click on the Visa sign-in button)
- By mail: send checks payable to Card Services, P.O. Box 660525, Dallas, TX 75266-0525
- By phone: call 1-800-248-9600
- In person: visit any Emprise Bank location
Will my statement be affected by the changes?
The timing of your statement delivery will not be affected. However, starting June 23, the look of your statement will change. Along with the new look, your statement will provide new contact information for services related to your card including a new phone number for customer service and lost and stolen card reporting and a new address to mail payments to (if you pay your credit card bill by mail).
What do I need to do to receive electronic statements?
Starting June 23, ALL ACCOUNTS will default to paper delivery for statements. To enroll in electronic statements, log on to Emprise Visa Online by going to emprisebank.com and clicking on the Visa sign-in button. On the Account Summary page click on Change Delivery Method.
I earn ScoreCard Rewards points with my account. What will happen to the points I've accrued?
Don't worry…Your rewards points will transfer! As part of our efforts to improve your credit card experience, we are converting to a new rewards program, Emprise Rewards. The points you have accrued will transfer to the new program and will be available on the new rewards website starting July 8.
Can I redeem my ScoreCard Rewards points before the conversion?
Yes. You can redeem ScoreCard Rewards points through June 20. Any unused points will be transferred to the new program. Points transferred to Emprise Rewards will be available to redeem on the new website starting July 8.
How will I get to the Emprise Rewards website?
Go to emprisebank.com and click on the credit card Rewards sign-in button. This is a new button that will be added on June 26. The first time you visit the site, you will need to register. Have your new card number handy.
Do I need to enroll in Emprise Rewards?
No. Accounts with ScoreCard Rewards will automatically be enrolled in Emprise Rewards. The transition will be seamless. You'll want to check out the Emprise Rewards website starting June 26 for information on how you can accrue points faster!
How soon can I access Emprise Rewards?
The Emprise Rewards website will be available starting June 26.
I am not enrolled in the rewards program today, but I want to be. How can I enroll?
Stay tuned! New credit card accounts, complete with rewards, will be coming this summer. We're eager to introduce you to the new lineup and get you in to an account that earns Emprise Rewards!
Will my Visa benefits change?
Just like today, your Emprise Bank credit card will continue to be enhanced with benefits like Auto Rental Collision protection. For a complete description of the Visa benefits included with your card, please refer to the Visa Card Guide to Benefits that will be mailed to cardholders the end of May.
The online experience for managing business cards is being upgraded!
MyCardStatement.com is being replaced with a new website on June 23. The new website, Emprise Visa Online, will offer greater functionality for businesses by allowing designated administrators to:
- Manage and monitor multiple cards
- Adjust credit limits
- Suspend or remove cards in real time
- Make payments
- Update company and cardholder information
