- More Information
To begin retrieving your statements and notices online, just log on to online banking and you will be automatically prompted to enroll. If you have previously selected "decline" or "ask me later," you can enroll by going to "Options."
eStatements will be displayed in Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you currently do not have the application installed, you can download a free copy here.
If you are not currently signed up for online banking, you can use your telephone banking security code (the system will ask you to establish a separate online access code for future use). If you are not a telephone banking customer, please contact us or stop by an Emprise location and we'll sign you up.
eNotices: When you choose to receive eStatements you will also receive eNotices. eNotices are electronic notifications of important banking information that are available when you log in to your online banking. You will be notified by email that you have a notice waiting for you. After logging in, hover over My Accounts and click the appropriate account. Next click Statements/Notices on the blue menu bar and choose the notice described in your e-mail from the Document Type drop down box. From there you may choose to view and/or print your notice.
Notice options available from the Document Type drop down box are:
- Checking Notices
- Checking Statements
- Overdraft Notices
- Redeposit Notices
- Savings Notices
- Savings Statements
NOTE: Once you have signed up for eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement via U.S. mail. If at any time you would like to have a paper statement again, just let us know and we'll switch you back!
