Mobile Deposit is available if you have Emprise Bank Mobile Banking on your mobile device. The service is available the next business day after you have logged in to Online Banking for the first time.


Using the deposit feature within Mobile Banking, you can snap a picture of both sides of a check with your mobile device's camera, and then submit the images electronically for processing. Mobile Deposit is a convenient way to deposit your checks as soon as you receive them.

How much does it cost?*

In addition to the monthly Mobile Banking fee, there will be a per item fee of $0.75 charged to the account receiving the deposit. The fee will appear as a separate service charge for each mobile deposit item in Online Banking and on your statement.


*Mobile Deposit fees are not waived with Choices Checking or Classic Checking


Are there deposit limits?

Yes, there is a $2500 item and total daily limit per account.


How soon are funds available?

Funds are generally made available same day if deposited on a business day before 5:00 p.m. Otherwise, they will be available on the next business day.


How will I know if there is a problem with my deposit after I submit it?

You will receive an email notification from Emprise Bank directing you to contact our Customer Service Center at (316) 383-4301 or (855) 383-4301.


Which items are eligible for deposit through this service?

Eligible Items (All must be originals)

  • Cashier's Checks
  • Official Checks
  • Treasury Checks

Ineligible Items

  • Foreign checks or not payable in U.S. currency
  • Traveler's Checks
  • Money Orders
  • Savings Bonds
  • Checks payable to a person other than a named account owner
