For the protection of our employees and customers during the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, Emprise Bank has temporarily closed all branch lobbies as of Monday, November 23.
We’re still here for you and will continue to provide service through the drive-thru, which will remain open normal hours, and over the phone at 855.383.4301. Our Contact Center is open until 8:00pm, Monday-Friday.
In addition to our digital banking tools, you can bank safely from home by texting a banker with your account questions or needs at 855.491.0368 or by scheduling a virtual meeting with a Video Banker.
If in-branch service is needed, you can schedule an appointment at select branches between 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. For all in-person appointments, a mask will be required and we’ll ask a series of health screening questions. Please do not come in if you are ill or have any COVID-19 symptoms.
With online and mobile banking, you can bank at your convenience with access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
