Our lobbies are temporarily closed to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), but as an essential business, Emprise Bank remains open and available to serve you. Same great service, just delivered a little differently.  

How we can serve you 

We continue to serve our customers through our drive-thrus, ATMs, and our digital banking tools. You can also contact us at 855.383.4301 for additional assistance. Our Contact Center is available Monday-Friday 7:30 am-8:00 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am-2:00 pm.  

Banking from your home 

In addition to reaching out to our Contact Center, online banking and the mobile banking app allow you to bank from the safety of your home.

With online and mobile banking, you have access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These tools allow you to:  

Accessing your safe deposit box 

Out of an abundance of caution while our lobbies are closed, we encourage you to avoid any non-essential visits. However, we know you may need urgent access to your safe deposit box and want to make every effort possible to accommodate your banking needs. Please call 855.383.4301 and select option #5 to schedule an appointment.  

Protecting yourself against fraud 

Scammers are using the fear and anxiety that comes at a time of crisis as an opportunity to take advantage of the situation. Think twice before you click. These carefully crafted messages are designed to trick you into clicking the link that could put your money or information at risk.
