As part of its commitment to local businesses, Emprise Bank announced a new series of seminars specifically designed for small businesses. Beginning February 20, 2018, its Nitty Gritty Business Seminars will occur the third Tuesday of each month.

The Nitty Gritty Business Seminars will explore topics impacting local businesses, including creative ways to manage cash flow and succession planning, as well as personal financial success. Emprise will cover a new topic each month, invite guest speakers and provide actionable tips to help businesses reach their financial goals.

“One of the biggest challenges facing small businesses today is a lack of resources and tools available to help them. Emprise Bank aims to change that,” said Teri Ginther, chief operating officer at Emprise Bank.

Ginther continued, “Through our new seminar series and newly opened Business Banking Center, local businesses will have access to the tools needed to grow and succeed. This not only helps small businesses, but the overall growth of our community and its economy. Our goal is not to simply be their bank, but to be a long-term partner to help them achieve success.”

The new series supports Emprise Bank’s initiative to serve local businesses within the community as well as promote excellence in banking. Last month, Emprise Bank also launched its Business Banking Center, located at 8807 W. Central Avenue in Wichita. The center provides business customers an experienced team of specialists who can assist businesses with their unique challenges, such as borrowing capital, managing cash and planning for the future. These business specialists will also offer guidance and resources to help local businesses succeed. Additionally, businesses can look to Emprise Bank for product demos to further support business growth.

The first seminar, “Economic Impact on Small Business,” is on February 20 and features guest speaker Jeremy Hill, Center for Economic Development and Business Research.
