  1. To email Emprise Bank securely, an Emprise Bank associate must initiate the secure email conversation.
  2. You will receive an email saying Emprise Bank has sent you a protected message.
  3. Click “Read the message” to continue.

  4. You will be redirected to a web page to sign in to view the message.
  5. Click “Sign in with a One-time passcode.”

  6. You will be redirected to a page that automatically sends you a second email that contains a one-time passcode.
  7. Enter the passcode and click “Continue” to be taken to your message.

  8. Click “Reply” or “Reply All” to reply securely. You may also attach any files you wish to send securely.
