Zoom allows your Emprise Bank Support Representative in another location to share control of your computer over a secure connection in order to troubleshoot or resolve issues or to install or maintenance remote deposit capture software (as applicable). Emprise Bank Support Representatives may only establish such a connection with your explicit permission, and permission must be granted each time you request support.
