Scheduled Transfers

The scheduled transfer(s) set up between your Emprise Bank accounts will be impacted by our upcoming technology upgrade. The following information will help you make decisions about your transfer(s).

Scheduled transfers are transfers between two accounts that have been set up to automatically occur on a regular basis: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. They can be set up two ways:

1. Transfers you set up in Online Banking

  • You set up the transfer in Online Banking and can view it in the Transfer tab in Online Banking.
  • You can edit or delete the transfer in Online Banking.

2. Transfers we set up for you

  • You have asked us to set up the transfer on your behalf.
  • If you are an Online Banking user, you may be able to view and edit the transfer in Online Banking.
  • If you are not an Online Banking user, you have to contact Emprise Bank to edit or deleted the transfer.

ALL SCHEDULE TRANSFERS WILL BE IMPACTED BY OUR TECHNOLOGY UPGRADE. FOLLOWING ARE IMPORTANT ITEMS TO NOTE AND POTENTIALLY REQUIED ACTIONS. 

NOTE: On Friday, June 24, both types of transfers will be converted and your funds will continue to transfer as scheduled. If you’re not an online banking user, there is nothing you need to do. 

NOTE: Regarding transfers that you set up in Online Banking: Even though the transfers will be converted you will not able to see them in our new Online Banking system unless you take action before June 24.

ACTION: if you would like to continue to view and edit your scheduled transfer(s) in our new Online Banking system, you will need to re-establish them on or after June 27.

Here’s how:

• Before 6:00 PM on June 24, delete all transfers you currently has scheduled in Online Banking.

Tip: Follow these steps before deleting your transfers to help you with setting up new transfers:

  • Log in to Online Banking and click on the account the funds are being transferred from.
  • Click on the Transfer tab, and then click the Details button next to each transfer.
  • Print the page – all the information you need to set up your new transfers is on this page.
  • One you delete a transfer in our current Online Banking System it will not occur again until you re-establish the transfer.

Tip: A one-time Express Transfer provides you an option to make a transfer in the time between deleting your transfer and re-entering them on June 27. The Express Transfer option will be available until 6:00 PM on June 24. A one-time Express Transfer entered before 6:00 PM on June 24 will be made on the date specified.

  • A one-time Express Transfer scheduled after June 24 will not be displayed in our new Online Banking system; however, the transfer will still occur on the date specified.

ACTION: On or after June 27, set up your transfer(s) in our new Online Banking system.

  • If you choose to delete a transfer and to re-establish it in our new Online Banking system, the transfer will not be made going forward.

Tip: You will need to reset your password to log in to the new Online Banking system on June 27.

Caution: if you do not delete a transfer in our current Online Banking system, it will not appear in the new Online Banking system; however, the transfer will continue to occur as scheduled.

  • Do no re-establish transfer before deleting the original or you will duplicate the transfer.
  • To verify that a transfer has been made reference your account statement.

NOTE: IF YOU DID NOT DELETE A TRANSFER BEFORE JUNE 24, BUT WANT TO RE-ESTABLISH IT IN ONLINE BANKING:

ACTION: Call our Customer Service Center at 855-383-4301 to cancel the current transfer. Then re-establish the transfer in our new Online Banking system (after June 27).

Caution: Setting up the transfer in Online Banking before the original transfer is cancelled will result in a duplicate transfer.

NOTE: IF YOU WANT A TRANSFER TO CONTINUE AS SCHEDULED, BUT DO NOT NEED TO SEE IT IN ONLINE BANKING:

ACTION: There is nothing you need to do. Your transfer(s) will continue as scheduled. You can edit or delete a transfer by calling our Customer Service Center at 855-383-4301.
