Checking Account Statements

If you have one of the following accounts look for specific information about qualifications, interest, account rewards and service charges, if applicable, on your next statement:

  • Kasasa Cash
  • Kasasa Cash Back
  • Kasasa Tunes
  • InControl Checking
  • Rewards Checking
  • All accounts will receive an interim statement, which will be produced on June 24.
  • The statement following your interim statement will contain activity from June 25 to your regular statement date. Any applicable service charges will be assessed on this statement.
  • Both statements will reflect any interest earned, if applicable.
  • Subsequent statements will be produced on your regular statement date.

Savings Account Statements

You will receive an interim statement, which will be produced on June 24.

  • The statement following your interim statement will contain activity from June 25 to your regular statement date. Any applicable service charges will be assessed on this statement.
  • Both statements will reflect any interest earned, if applicable.
  • Subsequent statements will be produced on your regular statement date.

Loan Statements

If you have an Emprise Bank Mortgage Loan, Home Equity Line of Credit, or Credit Card, you will receive your June statement as usual.

  • Your payment due date will not be affected.
  • Auto-debits for any loan payments will not be affected, and will process as scheduled.

eStatements

If you are currently enrolled in eStatements, you will not need to re-enroll.

  • Following the upgrade period, you will only be able to see your statements in Online Banking if you have signed up to receive eStatements.
  •  24 Months of statement history will be available in the new Online Banking. However, this history may take several days to generate after the upgrade period, and will not be immediately available.
