To ensure the integrity of your checking account, our fraud monitoring system carefully tracks transactions and flags activity that seems unusual or potentially fraudulent. The system is designed to minimize disruption by verifying the transaction quickly.

We understand that being contacted about a potentially suspicious transaction can cause concern and inconvenience. We strive to balance securing your funds with the importance of maintaining uninterrupted access.

Please Note: We will never ask for your full card number, a personal identification number (PIN), or a CVV number (3-digit number on the back of your card).
