Refer a Friend

You and your friend both get $50 when you refer, and they meet these qualifications:

• Open a new personal checking account using the referral code (online or in-branch).
• Have at least one direct deposit (such as payroll or ACH deposit).
• Make at least 12 debit card purchases.
• Complete the requirements within 60 days of the account opening.

Your reward will be deposited into your Emprise Bank checking account via direct deposit.

You can refer as many as you would like. You are eligible to receive up to $500 per year in rewards.

It can take up to four weeks after qualifications have been met to receive your reward.

Referral Program: 

1. Eligibility: 

• The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $50 cash bonus via direct deposit into an Emprise Bank checking or savings account for each individual referred (Referred Person) to Emprise Bank. 
• The Referred Person must not have had an open personal Emprise Bank checking or savings account in the past 12 months. 

1. Referral Process: 

• The Referrer must share their referral code available in online or mobile banking with the Referred Person. 
• Only one Referrer may receive a cash bonus for each Referred Person that fulfills the requirements. 
• The Referred Person may only receive one incentive bonus for opening an account and completing the requirements but may also be eligible as a Referrer. 

1. Requirements for Referred Person: 

• Open a new Emprise Bank personal checking account using the referral code provided by the Referrer. 
• Fulfill the following requirements within 60 days after account opening: 
• Have at least one direct deposit (such as payroll or ACH deposit), automatic deposit, or withdrawal. 
• Make at least 12 debit card purchases. 

Other Important Information: 

1. Reward Processing: 

• Processing and delivery of the Reward may take an additional 2 weeks after all conditions have been met. 
• The Referred Person acknowledges that a Reward will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the timeframes provided. 
• The Reward will be direct deposited into an open Emprise Bank checking or savings account of the Referrer and an open Emprise Bank checking account of the Referred Person. 

1. Limitations: 

• The Reward offer is not available if the Referred Person already has an Emprise Bank checking or savings account and may not be combined with other offers. 
• A Referrer can earn up to ten $50 cash bonuses via direct deposit, totaling $500, within a calendar year. 
• This offer may end or be changed without notice. 

1. Deposit Account Disclosures: 

• A minimum opening deposit or direct deposit is required on all Emprise Bank Personal accounts. 
• If you choose to open an interest-bearing checking account, the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) paid will be based on account balance and date of account opening. Emprise Bank may change the APY at any time. Fees may reduce earnings. A monthly fee may apply depending on account type. 
• All deposit accounts are subject to the Emprise Bank Account Terms and Conditions.
